What is "Bean to Bar" chocolate?
Bean to Bar means the chocolate makers do all of the cacao processing in house. This small batch, artisan approach produces chocolate of far higher quality then the traditional method of buying in and melting chocolate from another manufacturer.
When will you dispatch my order?
Orders sent by 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday morning.
Can I send chocolate as a gift?
Of course! Simply leave a note that order is a gift at checkout. We will be sure to remove any pricing information from the order. If you want to add a personal message simply write this in the comments section whilst ordering and we will add it to your gift.
How does the reward scheme work?
To earn points, please make sure that you register for an account when placing your first order. Reward points are earned for a number of actions, to see the list please take a look at the rewards page. Every time you earn points, you will receive an email to let you know. When you want to spend your points, please click the rewards tab at the bottom left of the screen. After choosing your reward, you will receive a money off voucher which can be used at the checkout.
I didn't sign up for an account whilst placing my first order but I wish I had, your reward scheme looks great!
Don't worry, drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll credit the points to your account.
How do I write a review?
Simply open the page for the item you want to review and click the "write a review" button. Be sure to leave your email address so we can credit the points to your account.
I have a really tiny letterbox, what should I do?
Not to worry, just let us know in the notes section when placing your order and tell us where you would like the package to be left if you are not in for delivery.
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
Absolutely. Please drop us an email to email@example.com before 4pm on the day of the order and we will be able to change it for you. No changes can be made after 4pm.
Can I cancel an order?
Any cancellations must be made before 4pm on the day of ordering.
How do I view my order history?
Simply log into your account by clicking the icon in the top right of the screen. From here you can view your order history.
I live outside of the UK and Ireland but I really want some chocolate?

How can I sell my chocolate on your website?
If you are a maker of organic, vegan and ethically sourced chocolate, we would love to have your chocolate on our site. Simply drop us an email telling us a little about you and your chocolate, we can't wait to hear from you!
My order hasn't arrived?
We want every one of our customers . If your order hasn't arrived 5 working days after it was dispatched, please be in touch and we will send a replacement package.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Don't worry, simply click the "forgot your password" link on the account page and a replacement will be sent to you.
